SPRING SCENES

Having spent the last 12 months at home, we're ready to have a change of scenery!

I'm sharing some simple things you can do with your interior, to give your home a refresh this Spring.

RELAXED LINEN

100% linen is more eco-friendly than cotton to produce, so for a laid back style that's kinder for the planet, upgrade your bedroom the easy way! A bit more of an investment spend, keep it plain and simple (it won't date).

LIGHT UP YOUR HOME

Changing your side lamps, or adding a desk lamp is a really quick, and effective way to give you home a whole new feel! Lighting can be really dramatic in a space, and this one is super stylish too!

DESIGNER DINNERS

Adding some fun to your tableware, is a way to make meal times that bit more special, and when those garden BBQ's come summer are in full swing, you'll have a table to talk about!

EMBRACE THE NEUTRALS

We had 'banthebeige' and 'fiftyshadesofgrey' - now's the time to look to 'sandy' times ahead.

So if you're looking to give your home a freshen up, don't underestimate changing those grey shades to a warmer neutral. The new California collection in collaboration with Kelly Wearstler x Farrow and Ball - are shades which are sure to create a warm cosy home, with a fresh spring feel.

STATEMENT STEMS

Bringing the outside in, is the easiest way to give your home a fresh feel this spring! The huge trend of Pampas grass and dried flower arrangements, doesn't look to be going anywhere, so a stylish vase is fast becoming a staple.

Nicola is assisting me with my living room refurbishment. She responded very quickly to my initial enquiry, following up with a socially distanced home visit. we've had a few Zoom calls too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicola for any interior design project.
